I find and keep track of surplus listings on any surplus marketplace you have an account on, like Municibid, GovDeals, Public Surplus and Auctions International, using the accounts you already have there. When something you're watching changes, I'll tell you on the web or by text.

Bill runs a small paving crew in Colorado and buys used trucks and equipment from cities and counties. He watches listings on several sites. I check them for him and tell him what changed.
What you can expect from me
I'll search where you'd search, keep track of what you're watching, and tell you straight when something isn't worth it. If I'm not sure, I'll say so. The bidding stays with you.

How it works
How we'll work together.
Four steps, from signing up to hearing from me when something changes. You don't need a shopping list to get started.
Create your account.
Sign up with your email address. Sam is in a private pilot, so new accounts join the waitlist and we switch Sam on as we add room.
Tell me where you shop, and connect those accounts.
I’ll ask which surplus marketplaces you use: Municibid, GovDeals, Public Surplus, Auctions International, GSA Auctions, HiBid or any other site you have an account on. Then you can add each sign-in to your Vault, one at a time, whenever you’re ready.
Your password is encrypted and I never see it. I look only at your marketplace activity, like what you’ve bid on, watched, won or lost, never personal or payment information. You can remove an account from your Vault any time.
Tell me what you’re looking for.
A kind of equipment or vehicle, what you’d pay, how far you’ll go for pickup. I’ll search the marketplaces you’ve connected and bring back what fits, with the price, the closing date and where it is.
I’ll keep an eye on it.
The listings you’re watching, your bids, and new listings that match what you asked about. When something changes, I’ll tell you on the web, or by text if you turn texts on.
You place your own bids. I don’t bid, buy or pay for you.

Who can use Sam right now?
Sam is in a private pilot. Anyone can create an account and join the waitlist, and we switch Sam on for more people as we add room.
Will Sam bid for me?
No. You place your own bids, offers and payments on each marketplace. I find listings, keep track of them and tell you when something changes.
Why connect my marketplace accounts?
So I can see your activity the way you do: what you’re watching, bidding on, have won or lost. I don’t look for or keep personal or payment information. Your sign-in details are encrypted in your Vault, I never see your password, and you can remove them whenever you like.
Which marketplaces do you work with?
Any surplus marketplace you have an account on. Municibid, GovDeals, Public Surplus and Auctions International are the ones most people start with; if yours isn’t on my list, you can add it.
How will you reach me?
On the web when you’re signed in, and by text message if you turn texts on. You can turn texts off at any time.
What if you aren't sure about something?
I'll tell you what I found, where it came from, and what we still need to check. A photo, a current bid or a listing description rarely tells the whole story.
