Liquidation
A company may be discontinuing a product line, colors, styles, downsizing, moving facilities, or just need to reduce its inventory for any number of reasons. The company is willing to sell the products for less than it normally would to move out of the products…quickly.

Each year manufacturers estimate how many products they will sell. Many times they overestimate and produce too many products. The manufacturer is force to liquidate these excess products.
